HOW TO ENTER: SUBMIT A PICTURE OF YOU AND YOUR GLASSES.
– This photo can be a current photo or a past photo.

HOW TO WIN: THE CONTESTANT WITH THE MOST “LIKES”, BY THE DEADLINE, WILL BE THE WINNER. (Make sure to tell all of your friends and family to like your photo on our event Facebook page!)

PRIZE: First place winner will receive $200 towards a glasses makeover from Elite Family Eye Care. Winner will be announced after the contest is closed.

DATE OF CONTEST: Wednesday, 05/6/2015 to (Midnight) of Wednesday, 05/27/2015.

INSTRUCTIONS AND RULES:

2. UPLOAD YOUR PHOTO ONTO OUR EVENT’S PAGE COMMENT BOX. Include your name and (if you want) a description or story about your glasses.
3. Submissions and Voting ends: MIDNIGHT, of Wednesday, May 27, 2015. (So post your photo earlier if you want to win!)
4. Anyone can vote. (If your dog has a Facebook page, it can vote too.)
5. The prize is $200 towards a frame, lenses, and/or sunglasses at Elite Family Eye Care. It cannot be altered or changed in anyway, cannot be redeemable for cash, and cannot be transferred.
6. All participants must be 16 years of age or older.
7. Elite Family Eye Care may use the winning contestant’s name and photo for media promotion if deemed necessary.
8. Prize must be redeemed by June 27th, 2015 so Elite Family Eye Care can show-off the winning participants’ new looks!
